Job 12 : Fitting the Engine Cover Lower Skin

Up until now the engine cover has just been placed on the car, today I took the challenge of bolting on the hinges to the lower skin on the engine cover.  I had to cut out small slits for the catches at the front of the cover (these stop it going through the window in a crash) I also had to cut out a hole for one of the hinges to fit into as it had been molded slightly wrong.  Then it was just a case of drill the holes and bolt it on, I also bolted on the catch which works from the MR2s boot pull.
